What we expect
Excellent oral and written English language skills, including to understand different dialects/accents
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Inbound/Outbound Team Leader
Holding a bachelor's or associate Degree
Ability to build rapport and communicate in a helpful way
Enjoy a creative and hardworking office environment
Ability to work as part of a team

Your role will include:
Being responsible for the performance of the team, ensuring internal/external customer satisfaction, and achieving the team's goals.
Successful achievement of company objectives, operational KPIs, and other metrics.
Preparing of weekly and monthly management reports.
Monitoring the performance of the units under their supervision through performance scorecards.
Providing the necessary coaching and guidance to help the team achieve their goals, monitoring personal development, and offering the necessary support for the team?s growth.
Sharing reports on team performance and goal achievement status with their manager.
